Project Delivery Leader - Startup (8-14 yrs)

Our client is a 4 years old Start-up company in Baner, Pune primarily operating in Data Engineering / Machine Learning and AI space. The company was initially engaged in doing deep technical problem-solving work for large corporates across the world. In the last couple of years the nature of business has shifted to deliver end-to-end projects / products to be built for client which includes AI/ML capabilities.

The company recruits bright young people, and currently need a "Delivery Leader" who will work with people to help them not only do deep technical work but also help them learn a set of client skills such as commitment management, effective communication, collaborative culture, and many others. The person should be a dynamic leader who can fit in a vibrant young company with an aspiration to grow rapidly.

Position: Delivery Leader

Location: Baner, Pune

Experience: 8-14 years

Mode of Work: Hybrid (WFO 3 days/week)

Key Responsibility:

- The Delivery Leader will be responsible for delivering AI/ML Projects/Products for both Indian and international customers

- Manage end-to-end project lifecycle for custom AI/ML projects, including requirement, planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.

- Develop and implement project management strategies, plans, and objectives.

- Build and manage strong relationships with stakeholders and various teams internally and externally,

- Should have a strong understanding of Data-driven engagements

- Strong people development and people management skills

- Should have demonstrated capability in recruitment, internal grooming, and deployment of people at client sites

Required Qualification:

- Engineering degree from a reputed College/University

- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in delivering custom AI/ML Projects/Products

- Deep technical understanding of AI/ML technologies and methodologies.

- Experience in Agile, SCRUM methodology (nice to have)

- PMP/PMI certification (nice to have)
