Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled HCM Functional Consultant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have extensive process knowledge across all HCM modules, including but not limited to Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, Benefits, Time and Attendance, and Compensation.
You will collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze, design, implement, and optimize HCM solutions that align with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Requirement Gathering & Analysis:
- Engage with business stakeholders to gather and document requirements.
- Analyse current HR processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Provide insights into best practices for HCM process design.
System Implementation & Configuration:.
- Configure HCM modules to meet business requirements, including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, Time and Labor, Benefits Administration, and others.
- Lead the implementation of end-to-end HCM solutions.
- Perform system testing, including unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
Process Optimization:.
- Recommend and implement process improvements for HCM workflows.
- Ensure alignment of HR systems with regulatory compliance and organizational policies.
Support & Maintenance:.
- Provide ongoing support to end-users, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring system stability.
- Deliver training and documentation for HR teams and system users.
- Manage updates and patches for HCM systems.
Collaboration:.
- Work closely with technical teams to design integrations with other enterprise systems.
- Act as a liaison between HR and IT departments.
- Collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers.
Reporting & Analytics:.
- Create custom reports and dashboards to meet business needs.
- Leverage analytics tools to provide insights into HR metrics and performance.
Educational Background: Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
Professional Experience:.
- 8 - 10 years of experience as an HCM Functional Consultant.
- Proven expertise in HCM modules like Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Management, Time and Attendance, and Compensation.
- Experience with major HCM platforms such as Oracle HCM Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or similar.
Technical Skills:.
- Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting HCM systems.
- Familiarity with data migration and system integration processes.
- Experience with reporting and analytics tools in HCM platforms.
Soft Skills:.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
Preferred Certifications:.
Certifications in platforms like Oracle HCM, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
Project management certifications (PMP, Agile, etc. ) are an advantage.
