The RPA Automation Anywhere Architect / Lead will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere. This role involves leading automation projects, architecting robust and scalable automation frameworks, and providing strategic direction for RPA initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with RPA technologies, particularly Automation Anywhere, and a strong track record of leading complex automation projects.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

• Design and architect scalable and efficient RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical standards.
• Develop automation frameworks, standards, and best practices to guide the implementation of RPA solutions.
• Create and review technical design documents, process maps, and workflow diagrams to support automation initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end RPA projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including business units, IT teams, and vendors, to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets, and provide regular updates and reports to senior management.
• Lead and mentor a team of RPA developers and engineers, providing guidance on best practices, technical challenges, and career development.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performance team environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
• Oversee the development of automation scripts, bots, and workflows using Automation Anywhere.
• Ensure that automation solutions are developed in compliance with organizational standards, security policies, and best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure that all automation solutions are thoroughly tested and validated before deployment.
• Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for RPA solutions, addressing issues related to bot performance, integration, and functionality.
• Work with Automation Anywhere support and other teams to resolve complex technical challenges.
• Stay current with RPA trends, best practices, and new features of Automation Anywhere to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Evaluate and recommend new tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance the RPA environment and support business goals.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capability to address complex technical challenges.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

• Automation Anywhere Certification (e.g., Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional, Automation Anywhere Certified Master RPA Professional).
