Must Have skillset:

1. Graduate in any stream (preferably in Commerce/Finance).

2. Must have SME experience

3. 4+ year of experience in Banking/Financial services especially in Bereavement Financial Services preferred.

4. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

5. Strong analytical skills and good comprehension of English.

6. Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.).

Candidate must have all the above mentioned skillset especially should have Bereavement Financial Services experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Process bereavement-related cases from initiation through to resolution, ensuring accurate and timely execution of tasks.

2. Validate and amend application details related to deceased accounts, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.

3. Provide feedback to the team on potential improvements in processing quality.

4. Respond to escalations and support emails or phone calls in a professional and empathetic manner.

5. Collaborate with team members to ensure all customer requests are addressed within service level agreements (SLAs).

6. Assist in training new team members on policies and procedures.

7. Maintain detailed records of case progress and provide management with timely updates.

8. Ensure that compliance standards and quality measures are maintained in all tasks.
