Eligibility criteria:
- Must be a B.E / B.Tech Engineer
- MBA is advantageous
- Total job experience has to be in between 12 to 16 Years only
- 13 + years of experience in Information Technology Services companies, with at least 7 to 9 years in senior Program Manager or Sr Projects Manager role or in a similar capacity.
- Fair projects exposures in IT Infrastructure, Emerging Technologies, Software Development: Cloud Solutions, AI/ML, Blockchain, Robotics, IOT, Industry 4.0 platforms, Software Development (Cloud based software, AI /ML based software, Mobile App), ERP, Database Management & security.
- Must have experience in execution of Technology Strategy, Business Analysis & managing Multiple Projects Delivery of IT Services business on Digital Transformations.
- Age has to be under 42 years only not beyond
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas, updates, and feedback to various stakeholders.
- Knowledge of budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost-benefit analysis to manage program budgets effectively.
Preferences are as follows:
- A person with strong technology background, having deep understanding of IT Infra & Software development will have more preferences, combination of experience required is IT Infra (80%) & IT Software application (20%)
- Proven experience in helping clients like BFSI & Healthcare, Education, Traffic Management System, Smart City Solutions, etc in identifying areas to increase productivity and process efficiency through automation by deploying the solution and helping them experiencing all the benefits associated with it.
- Job experience from Middle East market is advantageous.
Key Job responsibilities:
The key responsibilities of a Sr Manager IT Infra services encompass a broad spectrum of duties that require a blend of technical knowledge, strategic thinking, multiple projects delivery and leadership skills. Some of the key responsibilities include:
Program Planning and Strategy Development:
- Managing multiple digital transformation projects across industries.
- Defining the scope, objectives, and deliverables for each program, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. This includes setting milestones, timelines, and identifying potential risks and mitigation plans.
- Prioritizing Project / Programme execution in line with Organization's strategic roadmap; value driven approach
Business Process Consultant:
- Establishing effective communication channels with stakeholders, including senior leadership, project managers, and team members. This involves regular updates on program status, managing expectations, and resolving issues that arise.
- Helping organizations in managing business processes, understand current workflows, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall performance.
- Embarking Agile mindset- transforming and tailoring Agile Methodology best suiting to the particular ecosystem.
Resource Allocation:
- Identifying and allocating resources such as budget, personnel, and technology to various projects within the program. Ensuring optimal use of resources to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Implementing performance metrics and KPIs to track program progress.
- Reporting on these metrics & key findings, to stakeholders & leadership team and adjusting strategies as needed to ensure program success.
- Document current and future state processes, including workflows, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process maps.
Risk Management:
- Identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them. This includes continuous monitoring and adjustment of plans as needed to handle unforeseen challenges
Quality Assurance:
- Ensuring that all projects within the program meet the required quality standards. This includes regular audits, reviews, and feedback loops to maintain high quality and performance.
Change Management:
- Managing the impact of changes on the program and ensuring that changes are implemented smoothly and effectively. This includes communication plans, training, and support for teams affected by changes.
