Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Executive to join our team in Rajkot, Gujarat. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates as per company requirements.
• Employee Relations Handling employee grievances, engagement, and retention strategies.
• Payroll & Compliance – Managing salary processing, attendance, and statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, etc.).
• Training & Development – Organizing employee training sessions and performance reviews.
• HR Policies & Administration – Implementing and maintaining HR policies, company regulations, and documentation.

Requirements:

• Education: Any Graduate / Postgraduate
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in HR roles
• Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR software.
• Experience in recruitment and employee engagement.
