Role & responsibilities

• As applicable, negotiate price, quality, and terms relative to purchase orders for the functional areas of the Company.
• Collect and analyze supplier basic quotation and information.
• Inspect supplier quality to ensure that the products are regular to make shipment.
• Expedite delivery with suppliers in accordance with purchase order terms and conditions.
• Expedite purchase orders for goods and services as required.
• Initiate activities to improve supplier performance.
• Assist other Purchasing personnel on projects as required.
• Ensure three-way matching of invoices before submitting to finance.
• Ensure supplier file GST payments on time.
