Architectural Designer

This is a full-time permanent role for an Architectural Designer, The Architectural Designer will be responsible for making Construction drawings in AutoCAD and responsible in creating Creative designs for both Elevation and Interior designs in Sketchup. Candidate should have hands-on experience on Rendering software's like ENSCAPE and presentational skills of Adobe Photoshop.

Minimum 2+ years of experience in Design field. Must be a B.Tech/ B.Arch graduate.

Yearly appraisal up to 10% depending on performance.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Prepare architectural designs, working drawings, presentation drawings, detail drawings, and renderings using AutoCAD and SketchUp.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and teamwork.
  
• Develop creative design concepts for interior spaces that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
  
• Create detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, and other visualizations to communicate design ideas effectively.
  
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of design work.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-3 years of experience in architectural design or a related field.
  
• B.Arch degree from a recognized institution (or equivalent).
  
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp; strong understanding of architectural principles and practices.
  
• Excellent communication skills; ability to present complex ideas clearly.
