We are seeking a highly motivated IT Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technology sales, a proven track record of meeting sales targets, and the ability to build relationships with potential clients in the IT industry. This role involves selling IT solutions, software, and services to businesses, as well as developing and maintaining customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and inbound leads.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the company's IT products and services.
- Present and demonstrate IT solutions to clients, focusing on their business needs and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Negotiate and close sales contracts to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Create and manage a sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate forecasts.
- Collaborate with the technical and support teams to deliver tailored solutions to clients.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the company's products and services.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings, and new technologies.
- Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in IT sales or a similar sales role, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong understanding of IT solutions, software, hardware, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and/or related technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office suite.
