• We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Foreman to join our construction team
• The Electrical Foreman will be responsible for overseeing electrical installation and maintenance projects, ensuring adherence to safety standards and project specifications
• The ideal candidate should have a strong background in electrical work, leadership skills, and the ability to manage a team effectively

Responsibilities :

• Project Supervision:Oversee electrical construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that work is completed safely, on time, and within budget
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders
• Team Management:Lead and supervise electrical crews, including electricians and apprentices
• Schedule and assign tasks to ensure efficient project completion
• Quality Control:Ensure that electrical installations meet project specifications and comply with electrical codes and safety standards
• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks
• Safety Compliance:Implement and enforce safety protocols on construction sites
• Conduct safety meetings and trainings for electrical crews
• Material Management:Coordinate the procurement and delivery of electrical materials
• Ensure that materials are used efficiently and according to project requirements
• Problem-Solving:Address and resolve issues that may arise during construction, such as design changes or unexpected challenges
• Collaborate with project teams to find effective solutions
• Documentation:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project activities, including daily logs and progress reports
• Submit reports to project managers as required
• Client Interaction:Communicate with clients to understand project requirements and provide updates on project progress
• Address client concerns and ensure overall satisfaction
