PHP Full Stack Developer - Symfony Framework (6-12 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Full-Stack PHP Developer to join our dynamic international cross-functional team.

As a key team member, you will be responsible for the design, development, and deployment of high-quality software solutions.

You will collaborate closely with backend and frontend teams, DevOps, and stakeholders to build scalable, efficient, and innovative applications that align with business needs.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain modern web applications using PHP 8, Symfony Framework, and web technologies.

- Write clean, efficient, and reusable code following best practices and coding standards.

- Implement new features and functionality based on business requirements.

- Participate in system and application architecture discussions and contribute to technical design.

- Create technical specifications for new features and system enhancements.

- Perform unit testing and ensure code quality through test-driven development and QA tools.

- Debug and resolve technical issues, ensuring application performance and security.

- Conduct code reviews and maintain high development standards.

- Work with DevOps teams to streamline deployment, scaling, and cloud integration on AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Ensure seamless integration of backend and frontend components using Angular or React.

- Monitor application performance, identify vulnerabilities, and implement security best practices.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a Full-Stack Developer, specializing in PHP 8, Symfony Framework, and web technologies.

- Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms.

- Strong expertise in GitLab, Angular, and/or React for seamless frontend-backend collaboration.

- Experience with test-driven development (TDD) and QA tools like PHPStan, Deptrac.

- Additional knowledge of Java, Python, Go, Kotlin, Rust is a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in system architecture and technical design.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

- Knowledge of scalability and performance optimization techniques.

- Understanding of modern web security standards and best practices.
