Call Center Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.
• Resolve user complaints and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
• Maintain records of customer interactions on CRM system

Requirements & Skills:

• Any Graduate
• Prior experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to handle high call volumes efficiently.
• Familiarity with CRM software and call center systems is an advantage.
