Job Title: Assistant Professor Master of Business Administration (MBA)

Experience: 1 to 5 year Prior teaching experience in a university or college setting (preferred).

Job Summary:

The Assistant Professor (MBA) is responsible for delivering high-quality teaching, engaging in impactful research, and contributing to the academic growth of the department. The role also includes student mentoring, curriculum development, and participation in administrative and extracurricular activities.

Key Responsibilities:Teaching and Instruction:

• Deliver lectures and facilitate learning in MBA subjects such as Marketing, Finance, Human Resources, Operations, Strategy, and related areas.
• Prepare lesson plans, course materials, and assessments aligned with the curriculum.
• Employ innovative teaching methods and technology to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
• Supervise student projects, internships, and dissertations.

Research and Publications:

• Conduct original research and publish papers in reputed academic journals.
• Present findings at national and international conferences.
• Seek funding opportunities for research projects and actively engage in collaborative research initiatives.

Student Mentorship:

• Guide and mentor students on academic, career, and personal development.
• Support students in entrepreneurial and industry-related initiatives.

Curriculum Development:

• Contribute to the design, review, and improvement of MBA program curricula to meet industry and academic standards.
• Develop course content and teaching materials that align with current business trends and practices.

Administrative Duties:

• Participate in departmental meetings, academic committees, and institutional development activities.
• Assist in organizing workshops, seminars, and guest lectures.
• Manage administrative tasks related to courses, including grading, attendance, and documentation.

Industry Collaboration:

• Build relationships with industry professionals to enhance the programs relevance.
• Facilitate internships, placements, and industry-academia collaborations.

Other Responsibilities:

• Participate in community service and extension activities as part of the institution's mission.
• Stay updated with advancements in the field and pursue continuous professional development.

Qualifications:

• Educational Requirements:
• Ph.D. or equivalent in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• MBA with a strong academic record (mandatory).
• Skills:
• Strong knowledge of core MBA subjects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in using digital tools and learning management systems.
• Research and analytical skills.
