Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled Staff Engineer in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) with extensive experience in cloud infrastructure and monitoring tools. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience, including 7+ years in SRE or similar roles and 5+ years of hands-on experience with AWS. A mandatory AWS certification is required. The role involves ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of our cloud-based systems, leveraging tools such as CDM, CloudWatch, New Relic, Docker, and Terraform.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, implement, and maintain highly scalable and reliable cloud infrastructure.

- Manage monitoring and observability tools like AWS CloudWatch, New Relic, and CDM.

- Automate infrastructure using Terraform and Docker.

- Drive the reliability and performance of production systems.

- Troubleshoot complex issues and provide long-term solutions.

- Implement and maintain continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.

- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure system resilience and operational excellence.

Required Skills :

- 12+ years of experience in software engineering, with 7+ years in SRE or similar roles.

- 5+ years of experience with AWS cloud services.

- AWS Certification is mandatory.

- Expertise in monitoring tools (CloudWatch, New Relic, CDM).

- Hands-on experience with Docker and Terraform.

- Strong knowledge of infrastructure as code and automation.

Good to Have :

- Experience with configuration management tools like Puppet, Ansible, or Chef.
