Job Description
- MBA degree in Information Technology, Systems Management or equivalent.
- Strong customer relationship skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
- Good written English and Regional skills (Good English Speaking would be advantage).
- Timely deliver different projects data at the highest possible quality standard.
- Quickly learn new project requirements and have to prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD).
- Communicate and participate on all levels within organization.
- Optimize existing processes and provide ongoing feedback on tools and processes.
- Ready to work with the New Technologies in the Market.
- Willing to travel to overseas destination for project implementation OR demo OR requirements gathering.
Necessary Skills
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle.
- High IQ.
- Good knowledge of MS Office suite.
- Excellent people, presentation and social skills.
- Creative problem-solving and analysis skills.
- Team player with exceptional interpersonal and solution-oriented attitude.
- Should have knowledge about Business Requirement Documents (BRD).
- MBA must for Fresher s (or) any Graduate/ Postgraduate with relevant work Experience.
