Full Stack Developer - JavaScript, Node.js, Redux, API, Backend

As a  Full Stack Developer at Harmony, you will lead the development of intuitive and engaging user experiences from initial design through to application building and data connections. With significant experience in both front-end and back-end development, you will manage all facets of application development and ensure seamless functionality and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
• Application Development:
o Design, develop, and implement both front-end and back-end web applications with a strong focus on user experience.
o Write clean, scalable, and efficient code in JavaScript, leveraging frameworks such as Node.js, React, and Redux.
• Technical Expertise:
o Manage interactions with APIs and databases, ensuring seamless integration and performance.
o Utilize Firebase for backend functionalities and data management.
o Strong expertise in JavaScript, Node.js, Redux, API, Backend Development, Figma, React and Firebase.
o Conduct application testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to maintain high-quality standards.
• Collaboration and Leadership:
o Collaborate closely with designers, back-end developers, and other team members to improve usability and meet project requirements.
o Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
o Participate in code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and fostering a culture of knowledge sharing.
o Mentor projects from initial design to final deployment, managing timelines and deliverables.
o Communicate effectively with team members and maintain strong relationships with UK/US-based clients, understanding their needs and delivering high-quality solutions.

Requirements:
• Educational Background:
o Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience:
o A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in full-stack development.
o Strong expertise in JavaScript, Node.js, React, Redux, and Figma.
o Proficiency in API and database interactions, with hands-on experience in Firebase.
• Skills:
o Excellent communication skills with experience in interacting with UK/US-based clients.
o Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute individually to meet tight deadlines and project goals.
o Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
