Skill Set required:
Looking for a candidate with 8-12 years of experience with good working knowledge of SIP & H323 protocols
Good Knowledge of RTP/RTCP, BFCP, STUN/TURN etc protocols
Preferred experience in Automation - Python/Java, Selenium
Understanding of Testing Methodologies, Test Strategy, Test Plan etc.
Should be able to report progress and status in a timely and comprehensive manner
Strong OS Concepts : good working knowledge of Linux, Windows
Exposure to tools like JIRA, SVN etc.
Good technical aptitude : Should have proven analytical / problem solving ability & Troubleshooting skills
Good communication skills: Strong verbal, written communication. Able to participate in meetings for technical discussions, able to present status/analysis.
Team player & good interpersonal skills: Should be able to work well in a team. Able to work with different teams for resolution of problems.
