Mandatory Skills:
Experience on the programing language on PL1
Experience on the Mainframe technologies
Good at analyzing the code
Experience on Estimation techniques
Knowledge on the Agile process
Experience on the PL1 coding standards
Experience on the banking domain
Good knowledge on the writing unit test cases
Experience on SQL Queries
Good knowledge on the Defect Analysis

Good knowledge on the Banking / Credit Union bank domain
