Packaging Development Officer

Role & responsibilities :-

1 ) Responsible for building up and maintaining knowledge on primary and secondary packaging solutions for products in development.

2) Conceptualization/ lìxploration of multiple workable packaging concept based on needs/wants for pharmaceuticals dosage forms.

3) Planning & Conducting the exhibit batch & Optimization batch for regulated market products with coordination with responsible group.

4) Managing all the packaging development activities in the site.

5) Providing packaging and marking solutions with respect to materials, technologies and machineries.

6) Providing support and resources for batch packaging at site.

7) Design & development of change parts and packaging components and ensure development of prototype/representative samples.

8) rech transfer to pilot plant & late stage group Ibr FID'F technology, products and packaging processes.

Feasibility of concept including machine suitability, materials, costing etc.

1 0) Delivering packaging Study Protocol, SOP's and Study Reports.

I l ) Ensuring implementation of departmental SOPs in daily activities.

12) Responsible for developing and maintaining relevant scientific skills within the packaging group.

13) Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive speed, manage cost and quality

14) Responsible for that all relevant regulations and guidelines are adapted and followed in the packaging

grou p.

15) Authority to purchase goods and services and approve deliveries according to existent delegation order.
