AGM - Manufacturing (API)

Role & responsibilities

1. To control all activities in production.

2. To workout and execute production planning.

3. To prepare dispatch plan.

4. To achieve timely production and dispatch targets.

5. To explore various possibilities for increasing productivity and yield as well as for cost control, inclusive of savings in utilities.

6. To ensure that On the job, GMP and other related training programs are executed from time to time and employees are motivated.

7. To keep the plant ready for regulatory and customer audit.

8. To keep vigil on quality aspects and production activities.

9. Resolve production / quality / yield problem with the help of technical staff from different departments.

10.To co-ordinate with QA for product quality review, for all the products.

11.To investigate and review OOS / OOT / Market Complaint / Incidence / Deviation as per the standard procedure in consolation with QA.

12.To suggest and ensure the implementation of CAPA and its effectiveness verification.

13. Responsible for plant Audit Compliance.

14. Making sure that all production deviations are reported and evaluated.

15.Critical deviations are investigated and the conclusions are recorded.

16.To ensure housekeeping in plant is proper.

17.To prepare the SOP and to review the LMR, BMR, SOP, ECR etc.

18.To approve the SOP, CC , Deviation in the QMS system.

19. To maintain safety in the plant and safety related training programes are executed from time to time to create safety awareness.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate should be from Pharma Manufacturing

Experience required - 20+ yrs in Manufacturing

Qualification - B.E. Chemical
