Role & responsibilities
Management of personnel staff
1. Plan activities for recruitment, training & retention of manpower.
2. Apprise the proprietor/Director about the staff performance.
3. Conduct motivational activities for manpower retention.
4. Establish norms like work ethics, discipline in the workshop & uniform tidiness and ensure compliance of
the same.
Management of material, tools and equipment.
1. Availability of adequate office equipment, stationary, tools and equipment and maintenance guidelines.
2. Ensure optimum utilization of material, tools & equipment.
3. Ensure timely replenishment of required resources.
Implement all systems & procedure as per Company guidelines.
1. All process implementation & adherence as per guidelines.
2. Timely update & implementation of Company Circulars and Information.
Complaint monitoring
1. Tracking of compliant occurrence ratio.
2. Monitor of timely closure of complaints.
Reporting
1. Preparation & monitoring of KPI on regular basis.
Customer Satisfaction
1. Ensure collection of customer feedback.
2. Analysis of customer feedback & complaints.
3. Organize suitable countermeasure.
4. Ensure improvement in CSI (Customer satisfaction Index).
Environmental Activity
1. Implementation & monitoring of green dealer guidelines.
2. Spread awareness among staff.
3. Perform the activity at dealership & society level
