Talent Manager / Productivity Manager

The Productivity Manager will be responsible for driving the sales performance of Realme mobile phones by enhancing the productivity of store promoters through structured training, coaching, and performance management. The role focuses on improving promoter efficiency, sales conversion rates, and overall in-store experience to maximize revenue.

Roles & responsibilities:

1. Sales Enhancement, training & Productivity Management

• Monitor and analyze promoter performance and sales metrics to identify areas of improvement.
• Develop strategies to boost individual and team sales targets for Realme mobile phones.
• Conduct market visits and competitor analysis to refine sales strategies.

2. Stakeholder Coordination

• Liaise with the sales, marketing, and HR teams to align training initiatives with business goals.
• Collaborate with retailers and distributors to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Engage with Realmes regional teams to share best practices and drive standardization in training.

3. Talent Management & Retention

• Develop and implement talent retention strategies to ensure top-performing promoters remain engaged.
• Create policies and incentive programs to improve promoter retention and job satisfaction.
• Identify and nurture high-potential promoters for career progression within the organization.
• Work closely with HR to develop succession planning initiatives and career development programs.

4. Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly productivity reports.
• Maintain training records, attendance, and feedback logs.
• Track promoter attrition and suggest retention strategies.

Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in sales training, retail operations, or sales productivity roles.Prior experience in training in-store sales teams/promoters will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of mobile phone sales, retail operations, and customer engagement strategies.
