JOB DESCRIPTION
Role Title Manager - Accounts & Finance, Rajkot

1. JOB PURPOSE
The Manager - Accounts & Finance is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the organization.
This role involves managing the accounting team, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, preparing
financial reports, and providing strategic financial guidance to senior management.
2. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Financial Reporting:
• Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting in compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Budgeting and Forecasting:
• Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts.
• Monitor financial performance against budgets and provide variance analysis.
• Compliance and Audit:
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations.
• Coordinate and manage internal and external audits.
• Team Management:
• Supervise and mentor the accounting team.
• Oversee daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and
general ledger.
• Strategic Planning:
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
• Assist in the development and implementation of financial policies and procedures.
• Cash Flow Management:
• Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure liquidity and financial stability.
• Oversee treasury functions and manage banking relationships.
• Taxation:
• Ensure timely and accurate filing of tax returns.
• Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations and implement necessary changes.
3. SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
Educational Qualifications & Experience
Qualification
• Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• CA must.
Experience:
• Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in accounting or finance, with at least 7 years in a managerial role. Skills:
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
