Account Officer for Textile export office in Porur, Chennai with minimum 5 years experience

Minimum Bachelors Degree In Accounts

Exp.- Overall 5 Minimum Experience In Accounts. With minimum 3 year experience required in export & import invoice and other documentations, Minimum 2 year experience required E- invoice & E Way bill , GST Filing & TDS Filing

We are looking for an experienced Accounts Officer to join our Textile Export office in Porur, Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling financial operations specific to textile exports.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee GST filing, TDS filing, and compliance with tax regulations.
Manage Letters of Credit (LCs) and prepare export documentation.
Handle foreign exchange (FOREX) transactions and ensure accuracy in financial dealings.
Maintain and reconcile accounts to ensure accurate reporting.
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders for seamless export operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 5 years of experience in accounts, preferably in the textile export sector.
Strong knowledge of export documentation, GST, TDS, and FOREX.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
