Key skills for the job
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in social media management and performance marketing, with proven results in paid advertising.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Social Media Proficiency: Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Performance Marketing Knowledge: Familiarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other digital ad platforms.
- Analytical Skills: Experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Insights) to track and interpret performance data.
- Creative Mindset: Ability to contribute ideas for content creation, branding, and engagement strategies.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for crafting engaging content and interacting with customers.
- Time Management: Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- FMCG experience is most preferred.
Your main job responsibilities include but not limited to;
Role Overview:
- The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a key role in executing and optimizing our social media and performance marketing efforts.
- This role is ideal for a creative, analytical, and highly organized individual who has a foundational understanding of social media strategies and digital advertising.
- You will work closely with our marketing and content teams to develop effective campaigns, drive online engagement, and support customer acquisition goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Marketing:
- Support the planning, execution, and optimization of paid digital campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram.
- Planning, Execution and optimization of Ad campaigns across marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, etc.
- Brand reputation management across marketplaces.
- Negotiation & communication support to Ecommerce managers.
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis to enhance ad targeting and reach.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics (CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS) to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate on A/B testing strategies to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and other campaign elements.
- Manage budget allocations for campaigns and assist in scaling successful campaigns while ensuring cost efficiency.

- The industry is now advancing towards the trends/ changes that are happening around.
- That being said, it is expected from the potential to be able to have a strong drive to implement and ease the process as and when needed and able to motivate the team to excel to their best potential.
- The incumbent should be able to keep himself/herself updated with new developments relating to the business and apply them to & for the company.
- We are currently looking for a Performance Marketer to help us in implementing performance marketing across our current & future campaigns, drive new product propositions and innovations and think like a creator in a business that has a strong ambition to establish the brand.
- We are looking for someone who has strong knowledge and experience in Full-fledged Marketing within the FMCG industry and someone with strong people management skills.
- Thus, It is expected that the incumbent will have high energy levels to absorb as much as possible the daily learning in the department, positively respond to stress levels that are common in the profession, and have an attitude and confidence (including command over spoken and written English) that compliments his/her work.
