Hiring Position: Talent Marketing - Senior Executive

Business Case: We need a talent marketing professional to liaise with talent acquisition team and draft innovative digital recruitment campaigns.

Position reporting to: Vice President & Head Corporate Marketing, Branding & Communications and dotted line reporting to Senior Director Talent Acquisition

Qualifications Needed: Any Writing certification is a plus

Work Experience Requirements:

- 4 to 6 years of prior experience in content and design creation

- Portfolio link to be included in CV

- Experience in creating succinct and classy content in an internal or marketing communications role

- Excellent command over English language and grammar (N America based voice training certification is a plus)

- Writing and editing skills with a flair for market research (Exposure to writing style guides is a plus)

- Familiarity with SEO and content management systems

- Exposure to Design software such as InDesign / Photoshop / Illustrator is a plus

- Excellent time management and analytical skills

- Self-reliant, reliable and willing to learn new skills

Job Description:

- Co-working with marketers and talent acquisition professionals to develop classy employer branding collaterals and campaigns

- Responsible for developing content for various employer branding collaterals such as: Website content, presentations, emailers, newsletter content, social media content, etc.

- Manage the careers website and talent social media handles
