Mobile Automation Test Engineer - Appium (3-5 yrs)

Role Description :

- This is a full-time on-site role for an Mobile Automation Test Engineer (Appium) in Delhi.

- The Test Engineer will be responsible for creating and executing test cases, conducting application testing, and ensuring software development quality assurance.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

- Test Cases, Testing, and Application Testing skills.

- Strong knowledge of Appium for mobile testing on Android and iOS platforms.

- Proficiency in REST API testing, including tools like Postman or Swagger.

- Solid programming skills in Java, with experience in writing and maintaining automation scripts.

- Familiarity with testing frameworks such as JUnit or TestNG.

- Experience with version control systems (e.g, Git) and CI/CD tools (e.g, Jenkins).

- Experience in creating and executing test cases.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Understanding of software development lifecycle.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases to cover all aspects of the application.

- Identify test scenarios to ensure thorough testing coverage.

- Create and maintain automated test scripts using Appium to test Android and iOS apps.

- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.

- Analyze test results and identify areas for improvement.

- Execute test cases manually and using automation tools.

- Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues.

- Conduct performance testing to identify bottlenecks and optimize application performance.

- Perform security testing to identify vulnerabilities and security risks.
