About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Bid Manager with a solid background in securing high-value projects from Upwork. The ideal candidate should possess an in-depth understanding of web and mobile technologies, expertise in defining project scopes, and a proven ability to craft compelling proposals. Hands-on experience in consistently winning Upwork contracts is essential.

Key Responsibilities

1. Identify and assess Upwork projects aligning with our selection criteria.
2. Analyze client requirements and submit tailored proposals.
3. Respond promptly to client inquiries and schedule discovery meetings.
4. Coordinate with technical and delivery teams for advanced discussions when needed.
5. Develop a robust project pipeline, secure contracts, and update the CRM effectively.

Qualifications and Skill

1. 2-3 years of experience in roles such as Bid Manager, Business Analyst, or Sales Professional.
2. Demonstrated success in acquiring high-value projects on Upwork.
3. Outstanding English communication and writing capabilities.
4. Proficiency in drafting detailed proposals and Statements of Work (SoW).
