POSITION OVERVIEW:
Provides effective helpdesk support to internal and remote users at all India facilities, while supporting and contributing to the IT department goals. Handles user issues and deploys/maintains IT hardware and infrastructure (desktops/laptops, printers, networking, cabling, etc). Provides service either by phone, e-mail, Teams or in person to diagnose and repair various system issues and offer assistance. Works with vendors to source equipment and support projects.

4. Strategic Projects
ACCOUNTABILITIES AND PERFORMANCE MEASURES:
1. Service Delivery: Ensuring that IT services are delivered efficiently and meet the agreed-upon service levels.
2. Security Management: Protecting the organization's data and IT infrastructure from threats.
3. Compliance: Adhering to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
4. User Support: Providing timely and effective support to end-users.
5.Incident Response Time: The average time taken to respond to IT incidents.
Preferred candidate profile & Qualification:
Any Graduate ( Technical graduate in Computer/IT application are preferred.
Microsoft certified candidate preferred.
