Role & responsibilities

• Hands on experience & sound knowledge in ISBM process & their trouble shooting is mandatory requirement.
• Knowledge of blow molding process as well as Injection molding process will be preferred.
• PPM Control, maintain 5S in shop floor.
• Responsible to get optimum utilization of available resources.
• New mold trial & validation.
• Productivity improvement projects.
• Active participating in KAIZEN/ Cost saving projects.
• Should participate in Root Cause Analysis in any Molding defect/ customer complaint.
• Responsible for maintaining the reduced mold change over time in Molding and work on continual improvements to reduce further.
• Responsible to maintain Discipline in Molding shop.
• Ensure the productivity improvement by regular optimizing the process and ensure the product should run standard CT with required quality.

Preferred candidate profile

• Hands on experience with ISBM process & trouble shooting.
• Compatible for handling Hot runner / multicavity mold.
• Hands on experience in blow molding process.
