- Seeking opportunities for business development within a defined area or sector but not limited to the same.
- Identifying New Channel Partners, Newer Business Arenas.
- Responsible for heading up their expansion in new markets as well as continued expansion among existing clients.
- Building relationships with existing clients in an attempt to increase their current spend.
- Driving peak performance and sales success across the organization.
- Instrumental in devising and implementing the strategy for meeting sales performance targets.
- Lead teams to innovate and drive improvements in sales & marketing management and other functional areas managed.
- Provide leadership to fellow personnel ensuring individual and collective success.
- Support staff in their work as & when required and boost their confidence level.
- Constitute and lead cross-functional teams for projects / maintenance / services.
- Ensure the team is supported and motivated to achieve key performance indicators.
- Identify staff training and development needs and advise the management accordingly.
- Support management to set goals and objectives for the sales / marketing team, monitor progress and maintain motivation.
- To meet monthly business target as assigned by the management.
- Demonstrate continuous effort to improve operations, streamline work processes, and work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality and seamless customer service to all stake holders.
- Adopt diplomacy, flexibility and alliance building to achieve organization goals & objectives.
