AGM/Sr. Manager- Plastic Manufacturing

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage plastic injection molding production processes.
• Ensure production schedules are met and quality standards are adhered to.
• Monitor and optimize the performance of injection molding machines.
• Implement improvements to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure machinery is properly maintained.
• Analyze production data and prepare reports for upper management.
• Assist in the development and implementation of production policies and procedures.
• Train and supervise production staff to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Coordinate with quality control teams to resolve production issues and ensure product quality.
• Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience in plastic injection molding production management.
• Strong understanding of injection molding processes and machinery.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Ability to analyze production data and implement improvements.
• Knowledge of quality control principles and practices.
