Role Responsibilities:
Through consulting with the HQ and group companies, understand their requirements, and demonstrate use cases to show how the Finance systems (EPM, ERP, Tax, etc.) solutions may be implemented and the benefits it will bring through adoption.
Drive adoption of design, configuration best-practices, principles and solutions across the group and operating companies, with the goal to aid strategic growth, increase simplification, reduce implementation times, and lower costs. This will be achieved through:
Recommend and take responsibility for the finance systems and solution implementation
Create a set of evolving data and information designs for individual companies to refer to when integrating / utilising the new finance systems such as Finance ERP and EPM solutions.
Providing best practice consulting expertise across the group for architectural strategy and implementation; equipping the companies with the tools to digitally transform.
Conduct, lead and deliver discovery sessions for operating companies finance systems initiatives
Provide as-is and to-be capability, process and system designs
Collaborate with our Group and Operating companies to continuously maintain the current state and proactively suggest improvements
Proactively look for optimisations and process efficiencies across the group and Opcos.
Work closely with Group Finance business and Operating companies Finance teams in driving change, adoption and resolving operational requests and issues
Lead Halma s transformation of ERP and EPM with practical experience of implementing EPM solutions like solutions, such as CCH Tagetik to achieve real-world results and experience in ERP finance modules in applications such as D365 FO
Be the global subject matter expert of Finance solutions and all configuration / customisation across the suite.
Work with partner organisations, vendors and service integrators to deliver the finance initiatives.
Analytical mind-set to interrogate data and analyse information in multiple excel files and present back a summary to the client.
