Product Expert Finance

Join Haleon as a Product Expert in finance and lead the implementation, optimization, and lifecycle management of finance solutions across our enterprise. You ll align with Finance business priorities within the Plan, Budget & Controlling value stream to deliver maximum value for money. Role responsibilities:

Define product vision and strategy, aligning with business objectives.
Prioritize and plan product roadmaps with stakeholders.
Deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
Measure success using data-driven insights and performance metrics.
Manage product finances, operations, compliance, and vendor relationships.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user-centric product design.
Maintain effective communication with stakeholders and service providers.

Role requirements:

5+ years with Trintech Cadency, ReconNet, and ERP financial data (SAP ECC, S/4HANA).
Proven experience in solution design, Agile/waterfall delivery, and project management.
Strong understanding of management accounting processes and data analytics.
Experience managing SaaS products and diverse, global teams.
