The Digital Marketing Manager will drive online marketing strategies for developing and executing strategic HCP centric marketing initiatives that drive growth and market penetration for the companys expert portfolio. This role will leverage digital platforms to connect with HCPs, optimize customer journeys, and execute data-driven campaigns that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in digital marketing best practices, including CRM, CMS, Mobile, EMail, and content marketing, and a keen understanding of Indian market to differentiate execute in a competitive landscape.
The role has the following key deliverables:
Strategy Development and Execution: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with the expert portfolio marketing objectives, leveraging omnichannel touch points.
Content Creation Optimization: Oversee content strategy. Work closely with expert brand teams to ensure all digital content is optimized for mobile and other touch points accordingly .
CR Management: Manage content generation trigger across different cohorts of engaged audiences (IM, Email, Webinars), creating and scheduling content, and engaging with audiences to enhance engagement message retention. Utilize CRM tools to track customer journeys and improve conversion rates. Data Analysis and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, engagement, conversion rates, and ROI. Use data insights to refine strategies and make data-driven decisions.
Website Management: Collaborate with web development teams to ensure the company s HCP facing website is user-friendly, optimized for SEO, and aligned with digital marketing goals. Manage website content updates, landing pages, and A/B testing .
E-commerce and Digital Sales Support: Support D2C initiatives by developing targeted campaigns and optimizing product listings. Ensure seamless integration of digital marketing efforts with D2C objectives.
Trend Monitoring and Innovation: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new digital tools, and emerging platforms. Experiment with innovative marketing tactics to maintain a competitive edge in the digital space .
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with brand, creative, and sales teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all digital touchpoints and alignment with overall marketing goals.
Qualification and Experience:
2-4 years of industry experience. Prior experience in content/CRM with healthcare/pharma co is highly desirable
