Expected Experience
  • Exceptional understanding of and exposure to Payroll, Time & Attendance processes within the end-to-end HR & cross functional business processes and being able to navigate the complexity of payroll touchpoints, e.g., SAP (general ledger), banking integrations, Workday integrations, secure file exchange and delivery.
  • 8+ years experience of working with enterprise solutions in these areas: Payroll vendor SaaS solutions (e.g., SDWorx, ADP, etc),Workday Payroll (especially for US market), Workday Time Tracking & Absence modules, Workday integration tool set (e.g., PECI Connectors, Workday Studio, XSLT, Web Services, etc), Other Workday modules/areas (e.g., Reporting, Extend) are a plus,Other Payroll technologies (e.g., GPCP) are a plus, Product/software development tools: A-ha, Jira is a plus.
  • Being certified in Workday (Workday payroll, Workday Time Tracking and Absence & Integrations)
  • Proven track record in successful product delivery, via Agile and waterfall delivery methods (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2 or Scrum Inc. Product Owner)
  • Experience of ensuring Tech solutions are compliant with internal security, risk management policies and practices, external regulatory and statutory requirements (e.g., SOX)
  • Experience of managing change and release activities, including Software as a Service (SaaS) updates, in the production service and ensuring compliance
  • Experience of gathering business / system functional requirements and translate them into technical design specs, test scenarios/cases & documentation.
  • Experience of working on global deployments (Global / Localisation concept)
  • Experience of troubleshooting various system issues by being able to correctly identify the root cause and providing the technical fix, solution, or workaround.
  • Experience working with third parties in the delivery of working products.
  • Experience of leading & working with teams across diverse countries and cultures effectively, within a large global FMCG or FMCH organisation.
  • Understanding of ITIL Frameworks and service management practices for a complex, global service
