Job Description
Key Purpose of the Role
The Expert Strategy Innovation role is focused on accelerating the identification of the right Healthcare Professional (HCP) segments for each category and defining synergies across these segments. The role involves developing strategies to win prescriptions and enhance the effectiveness of demand creation through HCP channels. Anchored in making innovations successful from an HCP demand generation standpoint, this role leverages data insights and HCP relationships to influence innovations and new product development across various categories.
Key Responsibility Areas
HCP Segment Strategy Development : Identify and accelerate the right HCP segments for each category, customizing strategies to optimize engagement and maximize prescription rates.
Demand Creation through HCP Channels: Develop and execute strategies to improve the effectiveness of demand creation through HCP routes, ensuring alignment with category goals.
Innovation Support : Build strategic plans that support the successful launch and adoption of innovations from the HCP demand generation perspective.
Synergy Identification : Define and leverage synergies across HCP segments to streamline efforts and enhance overall impact on demand generation.
Data Analysis and Insight Utilization : Study and explore data from HCP interactions, utilizing these insights to inform and influence innovation and new product development across categories.
Cross-Category Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that HCP-focused strategies are integrated into broader category plans, enhancing the success of new products and innovations
Work Experience : Minimum 15 years in Strategy, growth , category business development leadership roles in Consumer Health / Pharma Industry. In similarly complex, matrixed and multinational organizations
