Relationship Manager - Microfinance industry

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with existing clients to increase sales revenue through cross-selling of financial products such as personal loans, business loans, commercial vehicle loan etc.
  
• Identify new business opportunities by visiting potential customers in the field and conducting market research to expand the customer base.
  
• Develop a strong understanding of microfinance industry trends and regulations to provide expert advice to clients on various loan options.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  
• Meet or exceed monthly targets set by the organization for sales performance.
