Job Purpose:
The Assistant Key Account Manager will be responsible for driving premium growth and elevating the brand's presence within the luxury hospitality sector. The role is focused on achieving targeted Volume and Net Sales Value for high-profile accounts by fostering exceptional relationships and delivering bespoke brand experiences. This position will play a pivotal role in crafting and executing high-impact strategies that resonate with discerning customers across the luxury segment.
Key Accountability:
Luxury Sales Growth:
- Lead the strategy for delivering Volume and Net Sales Value growth within the luxury HORECA and institutional sales channels, ensuring sustainable expansion through targeted engagement with premium accounts.
Premium Brand Execution:
- Curate and implement tailored brand-building strategies focused on Visibility, Availability, Product Quality, Pricing Excellence, and Activation to reinforce the brand's prestige in key accounts.
Strategic Client Engagement:
- Cultivate and sustain long-term, value-driven relationships with decision-makers, including high-profile business owners, General Managers, and F&B Directors at exclusive venues, ensuring alignment with the brand's luxury positioning.
Luxury Outlet Visibility:
- Enhance the brand's allure and visual impact at the point of decision, ensuring elevated placement and premium collaborations.
- Proactively engage in exclusive events and high-end promotions, often occurring during evenings and weekends, to build strong brand loyalty.
Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: 6-12 years of experience in Sales, with a minimum of 3 years handling luxury portfolios in HORECA or Institutional Sales, preferably from Beverages Industry.
Collaborative Leadership:
- Proven ability to navigate complex internal and external matrices, demonstrating superior commercial acumen and an aptitude for managing high-stakes relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Sophisticated Communication & Negotiation:
- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence at the highest levels of luxury business.
