Lead Linux Embedded Developer - Device Driver (6-10 yrs)

Job Title / Position : Lead Linux Embedded Developer.

Job Description :

- Minimum 5years of Embedded Linux application development using C or C++ Programming and Testing.

- Good Problem solving skills and communication skills is a must.

- Shall be familiar with Linux internals, commands, and bootloaders, device drivers, etc.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities :

- Firmware development for various embedded devices such as access control readers, etc.

- Analyzing the product architecture to provide optimal inputs for hardware selection.

- Smooth integration of the device communication with our access control software.

- Preparing accurate documentation such as application notes, tutorials, and API guides.

Candidate Skillset :

- Extensive experience in Linux development, embedded systems, and device driver integration, BSP porting.

- Previously worked on the STM32MP1 platform, including development tasks around the STM32MP157 SOM.

- Working closely with engineering teams to ensure smooth hardware-software.

- Integration for various embedded systems projects.

- Deep insights into STM's hardware interfaces.

- Customizing additional Yocto packages and images.

- Proficiency in C, C++ and Embedded System C.

- Board Support Package (BSP) Porting

- Hands-on experience with porting U-Boot and Linux kernel, root filesystem construction, and board bring-up.
