Foundit - Embedded System Engineer - Automotive Telematics (3-8 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and test embedded software applications for telematics systems.

- Work with hardware engineers to integrate software with various telematics components (GNSS, WIFI, IMU, Telephony, Tuner).

- Utilize C++ and Linux programming languages to create efficient and reliable embedded software.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (hardware, testing, product management) to ensure successful project completion.

- Participate in code reviews, identify and resolve technical issues, and contribute to continuous improvement of code quality.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in embedded systems, telematics technologies, and automotive industry trends.

Qualifications :

- Minimum of 3-8 years of experience in embedded software development.

- In-depth knowledge of C++ programming language and object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.

- Proficiency in Linux operating system, including device drivers and kernel programming (a plus).

- Experience with telematics concepts (GNSS, WIFI, IMU, Telephony, Tuner) or a strong desire to learn.

- Familiarity with automotive domain and embedded systems development best practices (a plus).

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.

- Strong communication, collaboration, and teamwork abilities
