Job Role Insights

Job Description

Recruitment & Onboarding:

o Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job postings to interviews and offers.

o Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring new hires receive proper training from senior team members.

o Conduct daily follow-ups with new hires until they are fully settled into their roles.


Payroll & Leave Management:

o Process monthly payroll and manage employee leave requests.

o Ensure accuracy in payroll data, including deductions and benefits.


Employee Engagement & Culture Building:

o Foster a corporate culture among team members and work on aligning them with the company values.

o Entertain queries from staff regarding HR policies, benefits, and other matters.


Performance Management & Reporting:

o Address and report to management any complaints or issues that arise within the team.

o Monitor employee performance and facilitate conflict resolution.


Client & Management Meetings:

Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and appointments, both internally and externally.

o Maintain detailed meeting minutes and prepare action items for follow-up.

o Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.

o Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity.

o Act as the point of contact between executives and internal / external stakeholders.


Requirements:


1. Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role.


2. Strong understanding of HR processes, including recruitment, payroll, and employee engagement.


3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


4. Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and other remote working tools.


5. Ability to work independently and handle remote team dynamics.

Preferred Qualifications:


6. Prior experience working in a remote environment, preferably in a KPO/BPO industry.


7. Familiarity with corporate culture-building strategies in a remote setting.
