Account Executive

• Should have the good knowledge of accounting.
• Should have the understanding and ability to apply knowledge of
• Taxes such as GST, TDS and commercial taxes Role & responsibilities
• Processing the foreign outward remittance through Bank
• Preparing various report & send to Accounts Manager
• Bills follow up from Suppliers & Invoice verification
• Payment & refund collection from customer and supplier respectively
• Invoice processing in ERP system
• E-Invoicing on GST Portal
• Finalization & reconciliation of Debtors, Creditors & Bank
• Payment processing
• GL & variance analysis
• Knowledge of TDS & GST (Input Credit, RCM applicability, etc.)
• Month-end provisioning & closing of books of accounts.
• Quarter closing & statutory audit clarifications.
• TDS Returns & challan payment
• Maintains the accounts receivable records for an organization, such as bills and invoices, reconciling expenses to the general ledger

Preferred candidate profile

• Good oral & written communication skills.
• Knowledge of MS Excel & MS Word is a must.
• Preferable MS-NAV experience.
• Preferable experience in CA Firm.
• Good analytical skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Strong decision-making & problem-solving ability.
