ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Experience of working in Import & Export based company
• Accounting in multi-currency environment (USD and INR)
• Handling BRC, FMS, MEIS, Scheme
• Making Export Invoice & E Invoice
• Stock Finalization
• Bank Reconciliation and handling bank related queries
• Booking of Purchase & Fixed Assets, Sales, Expense, Payment and Receipt
• RODTEP application in ICE gate site
• Monitoring and maintaining IGST Refunds Shipping bills wise
• Update or mapped the export of goods invoices with FIRC number
• TDS working
• Monitoring & handling of inward and outward payments & payment follow up
• Coordinate with CA for GSTR return filings and income tax return filing
