Business Analyst (Preferred: CA/B.Com Graduates)

Role Overview:

UniVon is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Financial Consultant to join our dynamic team in Pune. Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes to uncover inefficiencies and recommend optimization strategies.
• Gather, document, and manage business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Implement financial technology solutions to enhance enterprise performance management.
• Deliver actionable insights and quality recommendations to improve financial processes and outcomes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, technology, and audit, to develop cohesive solutions.
• Translate complex concepts into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Analytical Acumen: Strong ability to evaluate processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose data-driven solutions.
• Business Analysis: Proven experience in documenting and managing business requirements.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for engaging diverse stakeholders.
• Accounting Knowledge: Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Team Collaboration: Experience working effectively within diverse teams and managing stakeholder expectations.

Preferred Qualifications

• Financial Systems Knowledge: Familiarity with financial systems, tools, and audit practices.
• Consulting & Analytics: Passion for consulting, with a focus on analytics and leveraging technology.
• Audit Experience: Background in audit firms or similar financial environments is advantageous.
