We are seeking an experienced and data-driven B2B Performance Marketing Lead to join our team in Bengaluru. This role is critical for scaling our inorganic marketing efforts and deriving high-quality leads. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing significant ad spends, analyzing performance data, and developing strategies to maximize ROI for marketing. This is a full-time, on-site role. We are also open to hiring on a consultancy basis for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage B2B Ad Accounts: Oversee and optimize B2B marketing accounts across Google, Meta, and LinkedIn and other similar platforms.
Campaign Strategy Execution: Plan, execute, and scale performance marketing campaigns to drive top-of-the-funnel leads and conversions.
Funnel Optimization: Track, analyze, and report on key top-of-the-funnel metrics, such as impressions, clicks, and lead conversion rates, ensuring optimal performance.
A/B Testing Creative Optimization: Develop and test ads tailored for each platform, ensuring alignment with target audiences and business goals.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, customer success, and product teams to ensure marketing campaigns are aligned with broader business objectives and ICP requirements.
Analytics Reporting: Use analytics tools to measure, report, and optimize the performance of campaigns, ensuring continuous improvement in CAC and return on ad
Requirements
More than 3 years of experience in B2B performance marketing, preferably in B2B services.
Proven experience managing at least $20,000-$30,000 in monthly ad spend on Google, Meta and LinkedIn.
Deep understanding of top-of-the-funnel metrics and campaign performance management.
Reasonable familiarity with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta Ads platforms.
Analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, or similar).
Preferred:
Comfort with optimizing creatives for various platforms.
A good sense of effective creatives tailored for B2B audiences across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment.
