Job Title: Sales Manager
Location: Gurgaon, Haryana
Salary: ₹45,000 - ₹60,000 per month (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets and maximize revenue.
• Identify and acquire new clients, and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
• Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure success.
• Understand client needs and offer the most appropriate scaffolding solutions.
• Negotiate and close sales agreements with clients, ensuring profitability and satisfaction.
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adjust sales strategies.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings.
• Collaborate with other departments (marketing, finance, operations) to ensure smooth sales processes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a sales manager or similar sales role, ideally in the construction or scaffolding industry.
• Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and ability to lead a team effectively.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.
• Ability to travel and attend client meetings as required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in scaffolding, construction materials, or industrial sales.
• Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce or Zoho CRM.
