Build and maintain management reports and dashboards, identify opportunities to use BI tools and analytics to improve operational performance and support the different site key users. This function requires: Development and management BI solutions to support business operations. Extraction and crossing of different datasets from the source turning them into comprehensive BI visuals supporting decision making. Data validation, identifying present issues and support the sites on registration.

Support site KPI owners navigating through the delivered dashboards. Creation of training material on the delivered dashboards. Responsibilities & Tasks. Develop, implement and maintain of BI and data platform solutions as PowerBI.

Support and enable the different sites to utilize BI implemented tools. Set up best practices and training documentation for securing the correct site governance of the implemented BI dashboard. Continuous update on last technology regarding BI business support. The above responsibilities will be fulfilled through the following main tasks.

Cross efficiently different data sets, delivering adjusted visuals on the required KPIs. Support management meetings with the creation, maintenance, and update of the operational dashboards. Site support on the implemented BI tools. Training execution for what is requested within Operational Excellence Team.

Availability to travel approximately 30%. Communicates efficiently across management levels and escalating in a professional and timely manner when necessary. Skills & Experience. 2-3 years experience.

Bachelor in the areas of computer science, BI or similar. Advanced PowerBI and Excel Skills. Phyton knowledge, especially in integration with PowerBI. Strong knowledge in data maturity process and database connections (extraction, modelling, building and governance).

Ability to prioritize multiple tasks to meet or exceed deadlines and objectives. Ability to lead global rollouts. Project management experience. Preferably in a multi-functional or multi-national environment.

Other competencies: ERP D365 or SAP User experience knowledge, MS Office (Power Point, Excel, Word, Sharepoint), Project management. Why this role is a good opportunity?.
