Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Gurugram.

The role focuses on creating and managing engaging content for BU Entrance Control's online channels, driving traffic and leads through social media, coordinating press and editorial materials, maintaining website content, supporting regional marketing teams, and analysing performance to report ROI, aligned with the online strategy

Responsibilities

• Drive, plan, produce and publish content in online channels in line with content philosophy.
• Secure brand value integration and analysis in content productions
• Secure constant and relevant flow of content into each online channel after defined content plan.
• Research related to personas behaviours online to ensure we are delivering engaging content
• Quality assurance of locally produced content (sample tests)
• Secure content implementation within the regions liaising with regional marketing team
• Manage, maintain and leverage martech platforms which support digital marketing activities

Requirements

• Passion for social media and online marketing
• Experience working with martech Word Press, Hubspot, Exclaimer, Digital Asset Management system
• Excellent skills in written and spoken English.
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent analytical skills in order to evaluate and report on effectiveness of digital marketing activities
• Excellent relationship building skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and conflicting priorities.
• Computer literate
• Ability to turn complex information into interesting content.
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Digital Marketing related degree or qualification is desirable
• Security industry experience or similar is desirable
