Preferred Candidate Profile:

1. Any Medical experience in Front Office or Patient handling is welcomed.

2. Healthcare Marketing Knowledge

3. IVF Knowledge Preferred

4. Compassionate Attitude towards patients

5. Team player adept at blending in and managing a team if needed. You will be required to interact with incoming patient enquiries and maximize patient footfalls.

6. Freshers having a good communication skills.

Years of experience: Fresher to 3 years

Job Role:

As a Patient Journey Advisor at Gunjan IVF World, you will be at the forefront of engaging potential patients interested in our fertility treatments and services. Your key responsibilities include:

1. Responding to Inbound Enquiries: Contacting inbound enquiries of potential patients to inform them about our treatments and making an emotional connection with them to support them throughout their journey to parenthood.

2. Intending Couple Engagement: Effectively address customer inquiries, understand their specific requirements, and guide them through available fertility treatment options.

3. Intending Couples Walk-in: Utilize your sales skills to establish rapport, encouraging intending couples to visit their nearest Gunjan IVF branch and choose Gunjan IVF World.

4. Record Keeping: Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
